2 v. š. cukraus,
1 žiupsnelio druskos,
6 v. š. miltų,
6 v. š. aliejaus,
200 ml pieno,
obuolys (jeigu mėgstate).
Varškinių blynų gaminimas:
Visus produktus, išskyrus obuolį, sudedame į indą ir išplakame iki vientisos masės.
Įtarkuojame obuolį, jei mėgstate ir jei turite po ranka.
Išmaišome tešlą ir kepame blynus įkaitintoje keptuvėje.
