150-200 gr cukraus,
800 gr – 1 kg svarainių,
2-3 litrų indas (stiklainis ar kita).
Trauktinės ruošimas:
Kilogramą svarainių išvalome nuo sėklų ir supjaustome skiltelėmis. Svarainių lieka apie 800 gr.
Supjaustytus svarainius sudedame į indą, užpilame cukrumi ir degtine.
Uždarome, padedame į tamsią vietą ir pamirštame.
Po maždaug mėnesio trauktinę nukošiame ir supilstome į butelius.
