4-5 grybai,
3 šaukštai miltų,
3 šaukštai sviesto,
4 stiklinės grybų sultinio,
druska.
Grybus nuvalome, nuplauname ir išverdame pasūdytame vandenyje.
Išvirusius grybus išgriebiame kiaurasamčiu ir supjaustome.
Ištirpdome keptuvėje sviestą ir jame pakepiname miltus. Miltus praskiedžiame grybų sultiniu ir sudedame į keptuvę grybus.
Padažą paverdame dar 8-10 minučių. Prieš tiekdami į jį pridedame sviesto gabaliukų.
Šis grybų padažas puikiai pagardins bulves, ryžius, žirnelius, kotletus, kepsnius ar keptą žuvį.
